Use of the Company's services is permissible for persons who have reached the age of eighteen. By the fact of registration, the User confirms acceptance of all the clauses of this Agreement and accepts all rights and obligations arising in this connection. Disagreement with the provisions is expressed in the refusal to register and use the resources.
